The Practice
WELCOME TO THE DENTAL PRACTICE, 21 RUBISLAW TERRACE
There has been a dental practice at this address for over 50 years. Dentistry has advanced enormously in that
time and all members of the Dental Team aim to provide a high quality of care using the most up to date
clinically proven techniques. If you do require treatment then you can be assured that only the best quality
materials and technical services are used by this practice.
The Practice only offers private dental care because time and care are needed to restore and maintain oral
health. There is a particular emphasis on preventive dentistry with the aim of preventing future problems.
Once oral health has been restored to its healthiest possible state, the aim is to help keep it that way for life.
All the dentists attend postgraduate education and training, participate in peer review and clinical audit. They
also contribute to research programmes in order to keep abreast of new developments and improvements in
dental care and clinical techniques. Three of the dentists have concurrent hospital posts.
The Practice follows the British Dental Association's current recommendations on infection control to eliminate
cross infection. This means that, throughout the practice, the most up to date sterilisation and cross infection
control guidelines are followed so that safe, hygienic care is provided for everyone.
