We aim to continually provide the best quality of care and welcome your suggestions. In the unlikely event of us not living up to our high standards, the Practice has a complaints procedure. Complaints are taken very seriously in this Practice as we try to ensure the highest standards in all aspects of our work. Every effort will be made to resolve the matter. Full details of our complaints procedure are available on request from the Practice Manager and are included on the complaints page.
